Een stans<\/h2>\n

Een stans is eigenlijk een groot mes die vormen uit karton snijdt. In de stans zitten messen die in de juiste vorm zijn gezet, maar ook een soort botte messen die zorgen voor de rillijnen, dat is de plek waar je gaat vouwen. Voor elke maatwerk doos maak je een ander mes. Het mes kost tussen de \u20ac 100 en \u20ac 600, soms zelfs nog wat duurder. Dat zijn de kosten die je hebt bij het eerste product, de opstartkosten. Eerst een dummy<\/h2>\n

Voordat we een definitieve stans maken wordt er eerst een dummy gemaakt op een lasersnijder volgens de gewenste specificaties, zodat je kunt kijken of de doos of verpakking precies past voor het product waar het voor gemaakt is. Maatvoering stanstekening<\/h2>\n

E\u00e9n van de belangrijkste aandachtspunten voor dozen<\/a> en verpakkingen<\/a> is dat de maatvoering in het opmaakbestand overeenkomt met de verpakking die gedrukt moet worden. Hiervoor leveren wij een stanstekening aan, zodat de opmaak geheel conform de uiteindelijke maatvoering plaats kan vinden. Als je van start gaat met het ontwerp maak het planovel dan alle zijden 2 cm breder dan het formaat waarop de doos of verpakking gedrukt dient te worden.
